A simple and delicious no-bake dessert combining peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan, spreading it evenly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by microwaving them at 50% power for 1-2 minutes. Stir the chocolate until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Place the pan in the fridge for about 60 minutes to allow the bars to set and the chocolate to firm up.
  6. Once cooled and set, cut the bars into squares and serve.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
