- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan, spreading it evenly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips by microwaving them at 50% power for 1-2 minutes. Stir the chocolate until smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the fridge for about 60 minutes to allow the bars to set and the chocolate to firm up.
- Once cooled and set, cut the bars into squares and serve.
