A rich and creamy dessert combining the classic flavors of Reese’s peanut butter cups in a delightful tart form.

- 1 1/2 cups (201g) Oreo crumbs
- 4 tbsp (82g) butter, melted
- 6 oz (170g) peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream (for peanut butter ganache)
- 6 oz (170g) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream (for chocolate ganache)
- 12–15 mini Reese’s, quartered
Instructions
- Preheat your oven if necessary; often, there’s no need for this recipe as the tart won’t be baked.
- In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased tart pan to form the crust. Pack it evenly.
- For the peanut butter ganache, heat the peanut butter chips and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter ganache into the prepared crust and refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- For the chocolate ganache, repeat the same heating process with chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the solidified peanut butter layer in the tart.
- Press the quartered mini Reese’s into the top of the tart.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm again, about another hour.
- Once set, slice and serve!
Notes
Serve chilled; garnish with extra whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
