A no-bake dessert featuring creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate on a crunchy Oreo crust.

- 1 1/2 cups (201g) Oreo crumbs
- 4 tbsp (82g) butter, melted
- 6 oz (170g) peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream (divided into two)
- 6 oz (170g) chocolate chips
- 12–15 mini Reese’s, quartered
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Set aside.
- Make the Peanut Butter Ganache: Place peanut butter chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, making sure the cream mostly covers the chips. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the cream starts to bubble. Whisk until smooth and pour into the prepared crust. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache: Place chocolate chips into another microwave-safe bowl. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the cream starts to bubble. Whisk until smooth and pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Add the Topping: Gently press quartered mini Reese’s into the top of the chocolate ganache.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the tart until firm, about 1 hour. Remove from the tart pan before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
