- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Peanut Butter Cups, and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, slightly flattening them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate.
