Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Peanut Butter Cups, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, slightly flattening them.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate.
