Description

Deliciously sweet bars combining creamy cheesecake, peanut butter, and crunchy candy bars.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until fully combined. Pour over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, sprinkle the chopped candy pieces over the cheesecake and press gently into the filling.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow to set, then slice into bars and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be frozen for longer storage.
