Deliciously sweet bars combining creamy cheesecake, peanut butter, and crunchy candy bars.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until fully combined. Pour over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, sprinkle the chopped candy pieces over the cheesecake and press gently into the filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow to set, then slice into bars and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be frozen for longer storage.
