A creamy cheesecake combined with rich peanut butter and chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8–10 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Drizzle of peanut butter and chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafer cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a firm, even crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, scraping the bowl after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Gently fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the batter, reserving some for topping.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly wobbly. Turn off the oven and let cheesecake cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour.
- After an hour, remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool completely at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.
- Once chilled, top with whipped cream (optional), more chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and a drizzle of peanut butter and chocolate sauce.
Notes
Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture. Use mini Reese’s for a fun presentation.
