- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

- 2 tbsp red food coloring

- Rosemary sprigs or other edible greenery

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and oil. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the buttermilk, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before inverting it onto a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Adjust the thickness as needed by adding more powdered sugar or a little milk.
- Assemble the cake by piping the frosting on top, decorating with fresh cranberries and greenery, and dusting with powdered sugar.
- Serve and enjoy!
