Delicious and indulgent bars combining red velvet cake with Kinder Bueno flavors.

- 125g unsalted butter
- 125g light brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 365g all-purpose flour
- 7g cocoa powder
- Red food coloring
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 200g Kinder Bueno spread
- 12 Kinder Bueno bars
- 87g unsalted butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- 200g granulated sugar
- 1.5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 42g cocoa powder
- 62g all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Mix until the dough is thick, then fold in the white chocolate chips. Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan.
- Spread the Kinder Bueno spread evenly over the cookie dough layer. Place whole Kinder Bueno bars on top.
- Melt the butter and half of the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the sugar until combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the eggs one by one, and whisk until smooth. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and remaining chopped chocolate.
- Pour the brownie batter over the Kinder Bueno bars and smooth it with a spatula. Bake in the center of the oven for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
