- 1 1⁄2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz (4 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan.
- Top with chocolate ganache for the drip effect and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Don’t overmix the batter.
