Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese or spinach ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and asparagus, cooking until the asparagus is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Toss in the cooked ravioli and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
