Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, gently muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, and lime juice to release their flavors.
- Stir in the simple syrup and white rum, mixing well.
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
- Top off with soda water, and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with whole raspberries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
