- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the raspberries. Top with more raspberries and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Serve chilled; great with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
