Description

A sweet and creamy dessert combining rich cheesecake flavors and tart fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top.
  5. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the raspberries. Top with more raspberries and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Serve chilled; great with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
