- 70 g flour
- 40 g softened butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g white chocolate, melted
- 200 g raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, softened butter, and sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the melted white chocolate.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the base.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavor. Garnish with more raspberries, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream if desired.
