Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Toast burger buns and assemble with the chicken patties and your choice of toppings. Serve hot.
Notes
Make sure to mix the ingredients gently to keep the patties tender. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of milk or broth to achieve the right consistency.
