- 2 sleeves of graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon JELL-O Lime flavor
- 1 tablespoon JELL-O Cherry flavor
- 1 tablespoon JELL-O Orange flavor
- 1 cup boiling water (divided)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix them with sugar and melted butter, then press this mixture into a lined 7-inch springform pan. Freeze it to set.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate it. Mix the softened cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream to create a fluffy filling.
- Prepare the JELL-O Flavors: Dissolve the JELL-O in boiling water and let it cool. Divide the cheesecake filling into three parts. Mix each part with the corresponding JELL-O flavor: lime, cherry, and orange.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Layer the cheesecake filling starting with the lime, then add the cherry, and finally the orange. Freeze after each layer until set.
- Serve the Cheesecake: Once fully set, remove the cheesecake from the freezer, unmold it, slice, and enjoy your delicious creation!
