Ingredients

- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g melted butter
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food colorings (pink, yellow, blue, green, purple)
- 200 g icing sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- Colorful sprinkles and sugar pearls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns pale.
- Add in the melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Incorporate the flour and baking powder, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
- Divide the batter into several bowls and add a different food color to each one.
- Pour the colored batters into the bundt pan in layers or spirals.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Make a glaze using icing sugar and milk, and if desired, divide it into several colors.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cake and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
Notes
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors.
