Ingredients

- 200 g of flour
- 180 g of sugar
- 120 g of soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 120 ml of milk
- 250 g of soft butter for frosting
- 300 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk for frosting
- Food coloring in pink, yellow, blue, green
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one by one, incorporating the vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the mixture with the milk.
- Pour into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool.
- For the buttercream, whip the butter, powdered sugar, and milk until light and fluffy.
- Divide cream into portions and color each with food coloring.
- Fill a piping bag with multicolored frosting to achieve a rainbow effect.
- Decorate the cake with colored roses, swirls, and flowers.
