Ingredients

- 1 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats (rolled or quick)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
- If desired, stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and press down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
