Delicious and nutritious no-bake brownies that are quick and easy to make, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats (rolled or quick)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, oats, vanilla extract, and salt until well mixed.
  2. If desired, stir in dark chocolate chips.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the dish and press down evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
