Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles (or relish)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
- 1 tsp capers (optional), minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Stir in the chopped pickles, herbs, and capers if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the sauce for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve and enjoy!
