Delightful cinnamon rolls topped with smooth cream cheese icing, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk and melted butter, then stir until you form a soft dough.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the softened butter evenly on top of the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 8–10 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, beat the icing ingredients (cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk) until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and enjoy!
