Description

A stunning dessert that combines rich cheesecake with the delightful crunch of Oreos, topped with a white chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon purple food coloring
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • Mini Oreos for decoration
  • Purple velvet cake crumbs for decoration
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Then, mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder and purple food coloring until well blended. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Turn off the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool inside with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before removing it from the pan.
  8. For the ganache, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the white chocolate ganache over the edges of the cheesecake, letting it drip down the sides. Top with whipped cream, mini Oreos, purple velvet cake crumbs, and sprinkles.

Notes

Be sure to let the cream cheese soften before mixing for a smoother batter. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
