- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil) in one bowl and the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda) in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
For a sweeter bread, add more sugar. You can also add nuts or chocolate chips for enhanced flavor and texture.
