Description

A delicious autumn treat filled with pumpkin and warm spices, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix the wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil) in one bowl and the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda) in another bowl.
  2. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

For a sweeter bread, add more sugar. You can also add nuts or chocolate chips for enhanced flavor and texture.
