Description

A fun and delicious twist on traditional pizza, perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a tasty snack. Customizable with various toppings to suit your preferences.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2024 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt or round baking pan.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly, then spoon a bit of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a few pepperoni slices into the center. Fold and seal them into a ball.
  3. Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down in the pan to form a ring. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes until it’s golden and bubbly. Brush with melted butter if desired for extra flavor.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then pull apart and enjoy while warm!

Notes

To store leftovers, let cool completely before placing in an airtight container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
