This protein pudding recipe is thick, creamy, and packed with up to 45g of protein per serving. Made in 5 minutes with Greek yogurt and protein powder!
Ingredients
– 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
– 1 scoop whey chocolate protein powder
– 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
– ½ tablespoon maple syrup
– Optional toppings: granola, coconut flakes, berries, dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a medium mixing bowl.
2. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (add more maple syrup or a low-carb sweetener).
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes, or serve immediately.
5. Top with your favorite add-ons like granola, berries, or shaved dark chocolate before serving.
