- Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame + poppy seeds)
- Olive oil for sautéing
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs Just Right: Bring water to a boil, gently lower the eggs in, and cook for 7 minutes for that perfect golden yolk. Cool under cold water and peel.
- Sauté the Mushrooms: Heat olive oil in a skillet and toss in the mushrooms. Cook until golden and tender.
- Blister the Tomatoes: In the same pan, add cherry tomatoes and sear until the skins blister slightly.
- Assemble with Avocado & Broccoli: Layer the bowl with creamy avocado slices and steamed broccoli.
- Finish with Flavor: Place the halved eggs in the bowl, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, drizzle with olive oil, and finish with salt and pepper.
