- 4 medium Potatoes
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt

- 2 cups Cold pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 cup Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 4 Brats
- 2 cups Chips
- 1 cup Beets
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and chop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- For the cold pasta salad, cook pasta, rinse under cold water, and toss with olive oil, vinegar, and chopped vegetables.
- Grill or cook the brats as per your preference.
- Serve the potato salad alongside the cold pasta salad, chips, and beets.
