Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Cold pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 4 Brats
  • 2 cups Chips
  • 1 cup Beets

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and chop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. For the cold pasta salad, cook pasta, rinse under cold water, and toss with olive oil, vinegar, and chopped vegetables.
