  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves or chopped pecans
  • Maple syrup or caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange sweet potato slices on the baking sheet. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Brush this mixture on the sweet potatoes.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven and top each slice with mini marshmallows and pecans.
  5. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows turn golden.
