A tasty and healthy Pistachio Smoothie made with pistachios, banana, and Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios (unsalted)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the pistachios in a blender or food processor until finely ground.
- Add the banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Add ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Adjust thickness with more milk or ice if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, optionally garnished with crushed pistachios.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and creaminess. Store leftovers in a sealed container for up to 24 hours.
