  • 1 cup M&M candies
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. For the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. For the Cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in caramel sauce and M&M candies.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  4. Top and Serve: Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan and place it on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, additional M&M candies, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Slice and serve chilled.
