- 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup M&M candies
- Whipped cream for topping
- Additional M&M candies for topping
- Additional caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
- For the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- For the Cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in caramel sauce and M&M candies.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top and Serve: Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan and place it on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, additional M&M candies, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is well-softened for a smooth filling. For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill longer in the refrigerator.
