- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 6 Oreo cookies, for topping
- Whipped cream for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan to create the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Divide the mixture in half; tint one half with pink food coloring.
- Layer the white mixture over the chilled crust, then spread the pink mixture on top.
- Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once set, spread the melted white chocolate over the top.
- Decorate with whipped cream and crumble the 6 Oreo cookies on top. Cut into squares before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and adjust the food coloring to your desired shade.
