Description
A delicious twist on the classic burger with juicy beef, crispy bacon, sweet pineapple, and smoky BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- Salt & pepper
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce (smoky or sweet)
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- Start by dividing the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper and press a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Lightly grill the pineapple rings for 1-2 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- Spread butter on the brioche buns and toast them on a skillet or grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burger with the bottom bun, the cheesy beef patty, a pineapple ring, two slices of bacon, a drizzle of BBQ sauce, and the top bun.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor. Experiment with different BBQ sauces for varied taste.
