A fun and quick way to enjoy your favorite pizza flavors with crispy tortillas and gooey cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese evenly over it.
- Top with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-4 minutes per side.
- Spread pizza sauce over the top tortilla, then add the remaining cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
Notes
Serve hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Customize with your favorite toppings.
