A delightful dessert combining rich caramel and cream with refreshing peppermint chocolate, perfect for gatherings and special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 tin caramel treat
- 250ml fresh cream
- 3 peppermint crisp chocolates (grated)
- 2 pkts tennis biscuits
Instructions
- Layer down biscuits in a large pyrex dish or crush them for dessert cups.
- Beat the fresh cream until stiff peaks form.
- Beat the caramel until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the caramel mixture.
- Spoon the caramel mousse onto the biscuits and sprinkle grated peppermint chocolate on top.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of chocolate on top.
- Leave the tart in the fridge to chill and set for a few hours.
- If using dessert cups, follow the same steps and decorate with fresh mint and mini tennis biscuits.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of peppermint extract to the cream mixture. Let the tart chill long enough for perfect layer setting.
