Description

A dreamy no-bake dessert combining creamy caramel, crunchy biscuits, and refreshing peppermint.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tin caramel treat
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 3 peppermint crisp chocolates (grated)
  • 2 pkts tennis biscuits

Instructions

  1. Layer down biscuits in a large pyrex dish. If using dessert cups, crush the biscuits and spoon them in.
  2. Beat the fresh cream until stiff.
  3. Beat the caramel until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the caramel.
  5. Spoon the caramel mousse onto the biscuits and sprinkle with grated peppermint chocolate.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with chocolate on top.
  7. Leave the tart in the fridge to chill and set for a few hours.
  8. For dessert cups, repeat the layering and decorate with fresh mint and mini tennis biscuits.

Notes

Make sure the whipped cream is beaten until stiff. Customize the layers with different chocolates or biscuits.
