- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
- In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping together. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens. Let the pudding set for a couple of minutes, then spread it on top of the cream layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the pudding layer and drizzle caramel sauce on top for added sweetness.
- Cover the dish and chill the Pecan Pie Lasagna in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Once it’s set, slice and serve!
Notes
Serve chilled and consider adding whipped cream on top for extra creaminess.
