Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers creamy filling, crunchy pecans, and sweet caramel, perfect for gatherings and holidays.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
  2. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping together. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until it thickens. Let the pudding set for a couple of minutes, then spread it on top of the cream layer.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the pudding layer and drizzle caramel sauce on top for added sweetness.
  5. Cover the dish and chill the Pecan Pie Lasagna in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Once it’s set, slice and serve!

Notes

Serve chilled and consider adding whipped cream on top for extra creaminess.
