- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, stirring in the peanut butter chips if desired. Bake and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Mix together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or cups, layer brownie pieces, peanut butter fudge, and whipped cream, repeating until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
