  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and roll it into a ball, flattening it slightly to form a disk. Repeat with remaining peanut butter.
  2. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the peanut butter disks are firm.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Remove the peanut butter disks from the freezer. Using a fork, dip each disk into melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  5. Drizzle each coated disk with salted caramel sauce and allow to set. If caramel is too thick, warm it slightly in the microwave.
  6. Place the baking sheet back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes until set. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes
