Delicious and easy-to-make treat cups combining crispy Rice Krispies, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate.

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners to prevent sticking.
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Fold the Rice Krispies into the peanut butter mixture until well coated. Spoon the mixture into the lined muffin tin, pressing lightly to form the base.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips until glossy and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base in each cup.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set.
- Once chilled, remove from the fridge, peel off the liners, and enjoy!
Notes
Use chunky peanut butter for added texture. For sweeter treat, increase honey amount.
