Description

Delicious and easy-to-make treat cups combining crispy Rice Krispies, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners to prevent sticking.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold the Rice Krispies into the peanut butter mixture until well coated. Spoon the mixture into the lined muffin tin, pressing lightly to form the base.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the chocolate chips until glossy and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter base in each cup.
  6. Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set.
  7. Once chilled, remove from the fridge, peel off the liners, and enjoy!

Notes

Use chunky peanut butter for added texture. For sweeter treat, increase honey amount.
