Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and mashed bananas until smooth.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend the bananas until pureed. Cool in the fridge for several hours or overnight for best flavor.
