- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the crumb mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Once done, let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and mashed bananas until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Bake the cheesecake for 25-30 minutes, or until it is set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before topping with ganache.
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, consider adding more melted chocolate as a topping.
