Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla, peanut butter, and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy. Fold in mini chocolate chips, pour over the crust, and return to freezer overnight.
  3. Before serving, pipe cream cheese frosting around the edge and top with halved Peanut Butter Cups. Freeze until ready to serve.
  4. Cut into 2-inch pieces and serve chilled.

Notes

Make sure to soften cream cheese to room temperature for easy mixing. Adjust sweetness as desired.
