Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until the mixture forms a thick, pliable dough.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Chill until the chocolate is firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze them for longer storage.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for a smooth mixture. For added flavor, mix in a pinch of sea salt. Ensure the chocolate is fully melted for smooth dipping.
