Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. On a large serving platter, alternate slices of peach, tomato, and mozzarella.
  2. Tuck whole basil leaves between the layers for flavor and color.
