- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cups homemade peach pie filling (or 21 oz can of store-bought)
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip (or 3 cups whipped cream)
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup cold butter (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Stir in melted butter until well combined and press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
- Make the Cheesecake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add granulated sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- Bake cheesecake for your chosen option: Option 1 – Bake for 25-30 minutes until dry on top. Cool completely, then top with peach pie filling and Cool Whip, drizzle with caramel syrup. Option 2 – Bake for 20 minutes. Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, cut in cold butter until crumbly. Spoon peach pie filling over cheesecake, sprinkle crumble topping, bake for an additional 15-17 minutes or until set.
- Let cool completely before slicing. Serve chilled.
Notes
For added sweetness, top with whipped cream and serve with caramel syrup.
