- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans (if using).
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Let the fudge set at room temperature for 120 minutes, or refrigerate for 60 minutes for quicker setting.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
