Description

A quick and delicious fudge recipe combining chocolate and butterscotch flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans (if using).
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Let the fudge set at room temperature for 120 minutes, or refrigerate for 60 minutes for quicker setting.
  6. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks.
