- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Lemon slices and chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil or melted butter, then press it into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
- Place the coated chicken in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, chicken broth, and minced garlic. Pour this mixture around the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, then spoon sauce over the chicken before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
