A delicious Parmesan Crusted Chicken served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner or special occasion.

- 4 chicken cutlets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the grated parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper, then dip each cutlet into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the cutlets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the cutlets from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens (about 3-5 minutes).
- Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken. Adjust the garlic in the sauce to your taste. If you want a little spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for an extra kick.
