- 2–3 tbsp za’atar spice blend
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and za’atar spice.
- Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, rub the za’atar mixture under the skin. Marinate for a few hours or overnight for a deeper taste.
