Oreo Tiramisu is a fun twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining rich creamy filling with Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

- 18 Oreo cookies, divided
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso
- 226g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush 12 Oreo cookies in a food processor and set aside 6 for garnishing.
- In a small bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, dissolve the instant espresso in milk.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Gradually add the espresso mixture and blend until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pipe a layer of the cream mixture into 6 glasses, then add a layer of crushed Oreo cookies. Repeat these layers and finish with a layer of cream.
- Crumble the reserved Oreo cookies on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use cold ingredients for better whipping results and adjust the amount of espresso for desired coffee flavor.
