Description

Oreo Tiramisu is a fun twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining rich creamy filling with Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 18 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso
  • 226g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush 12 Oreo cookies in a food processor and set aside 6 for garnishing.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, dissolve the instant espresso in milk.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Gradually add the espresso mixture and blend until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Pipe a layer of the cream mixture into 6 glasses, then add a layer of crushed Oreo cookies. Repeat these layers and finish with a layer of cream.
  6. Crumble the reserved Oreo cookies on top for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for better whipping results and adjust the amount of espresso for desired coffee flavor.
