A delightful no-bake cheesecake combining rich cream cheese and strawberry flavors with a crunchy Oreo crust.

- 24 crushed Oreos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups whipped cream (peaks)
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- Optional pink food coloring
- Pink whipped cream for topping
- Whole and crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and strawberry puree; mix until well combined. If desired, add pink food coloring.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, top with pink whipped cream and decorate with whole and crushed Oreos.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
