Description

A delightful no-bake cheesecake combining rich cream cheese and strawberry flavors with a crunchy Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 24 crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups whipped cream (peaks)
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • Optional pink food coloring
  • Pink whipped cream for topping
  • Whole and crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and strawberry puree; mix until well combined. If desired, add pink food coloring.
  5. Pour filling over crust and smooth out the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with pink whipped cream and decorate with whole and crushed Oreos.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
